I own my business with the intention to provide my guests with professional results driven spa services. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for all long time regular guests as well as new! By booking any appointment you agree to all following policies at Skin Craft Facial Lounge. 

I am located inside Splash Suites. Once you enter the building Skin Craft is suite 2. If the in treatment sign is up or the door is closed do not knock. Please use the restroom, relax on the couches or chairs, or grab a complimentary coffee or snack in the lobby. 

Appointments and Rescheduling

All appointments are final, and deposits are non-refundable

You may reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times. Rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of original appointment or deposit will be forfeited. After the 2nd time rescheduling you forfeit your deposit and must pay in full for any future appointments at Skin Craft Facial Lounge.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to appointment as we know I-4 as well as Colonial will often have traffic. I offer a 15-minute grace period for all services other than express facial. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit retained.

No Show appointments forfeit the deposit plus will be charged 25% of all services booked in addition to losing the deposit

Angie will not perform any services or treatment on anyone under 18 years of age without a legal guardian present.

Angie cares about the health of the skin and will not perform any treatment if it is not what is best for the guest's skin. Contraindications or skin not being properly prepped, will result in Angie offering another service best suited for the skin.

Angie reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

No extra guest is allowed inside the suite. A additional guest 18 years of age or older may wait in the waiting area. Please arrange childcare prior to booking. I would personally bring my fur baby to work with me every day if I could. Unfortunately, with my guests laying down for treatment and myself focused on the treatment it is not safe for children in the spa to be left alone and they will not be allowed to join us.

Your hair line will be wet.

Read aftercare instructions for after your facial. No extra person allowed in suite for treatment. For safety reasons no children are allowed unless they are getting treatments. 

Payments

All payments and sales are final.

The card on file is used for no shows and cancellations. Make sure to bring an accepted form of payment. I do not keep any cash in the suite, please make sure you have exact change.

I make every effort to ensure my guests have a wonderful experience. All services and sales are final and I will not offer refunds on any used or unused booked appointments, services, packages, or memberships.

ALL in suite and online retail sales are final. Skin Craft Facial Lounge can not offer any returns. If you are having an issue with any items, please contact Angie within 24 hours of purchase. I do not accept American Express for retail purchases.

All product sales are final

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

Online gift certificates and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift certificate must be presented before services are rendered, otherwise an alternate form of payment will be expected. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificate recipients must book online and all booking policies as well as deposits apply. Deposit will be refunded to gift certificate recipients at conclusion of treatment as long as recipient arrives on time and at the scheduled appointment. All other policies apply to gift card transactions.

Skin Craft Facial Lounge is not liable for lost, damaged or stollen items.

It is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment.

Angie is not able to perform services within 21 days of chemical peels, microneedling, permanent makeup, injectables, or laser treatments.

Clients must stop use of Retinol or Retin-A derivative 3-5 days before treatments or facial waxing within 3 days.
